Trick Your Body Into Faster Fat Loss


1. Trick Your Body Into Thinking It is Starving - This sounds a little outrageous but it is essential to faster fat loss. By cutting your carbs you will signal your body to start producing starvation hormones. These hormones are responsible freeing stored body fat and shuttling it to your liver and muscles so that it can be used as energy. You dont need to starve yourself (thats a bad idea). Just trick your body by reducing your carbohydrate intake to 50-100g per day to trick your system and crank up your fat loss.

2. Trick Your Mind and Stomach Into Thinking That You Are Eating More - One major problem with dieting is hunger. Sleep Position Affects Beauty





Turns sleeping habits can affect the health and beauty of your face. If you do not want that happening habits should start to change your sleeping position.

Begin to sleep on their backs straight and use a pillow that is not too high. The position is considered the most perfect sleep because the body is in a relaxed position. Your body also curved so as to interfere with the heart and blood circulation.

Parrot

A woman went to the bird market, and saw a large beautiful parrot. In front of the cage posted price of $3. Wow. Thats Cheap? The woman said. The Curse of Mpu Gandring

The Legend of Ken Angrok Chapter 2

The Permission

After hearing Dang Hyang Lohgawe explaination, Ken Angrok then asked his father, Father Dang Hyang, I will kill the akuwu and claimed his wife. The akuwu will surely die by my hand if Father permits me.

Dang Hyang Lohgawe answered, Yes, Tunggul Ametung will surely die by your hand, my son. But, I am not appropriate on giving you the permission. Because it is not a brahmanians act. The limit is your own will.

If so Father, may I have your permission to leave?, said Ken Angrok. The brahmanian answered, Where will you go, my son?

Ken Angrok answered, I will go to Karuman. There is a gambler named Bango Samparan who claimed me as his son. He really loved me. I will ask his consideration. Perhaps, he would agree. Dang Hyang Lohgawe then permitted Ken Angrok went to meet with his father.

In Karuman, Bango Samparan embraced Ken Angrok, because Ken Angrok never visited him for years. Ken Angrok told Bango Samparan about the nareswari of Ken Dedes, and his wish to marry Ken Dedes, after assassinating her husband, the akuwu of Tumapel, Tunggul Ametung.

The Kris of Mpu Gandring

Hearing the wish of his beloved son, Bango Samparan then said to Ken Angrok, I give you my permission, my son. But Angrok, the akuwu has a supernatural power. He would not get injured if you stab him with a normal kris.

I have a friend in Lulumbang, a famous blacksmith. His name is Mpu Gandring. His hand made kris is superb. There are no people with supernatural power who doubt the kris of Mpu Gandring.

I should go to Lulumbang then. Bless me Father!, said Ken Angrok.

In Lulumbang, Ken Angrok found Mpu Gandring was working in his smithy. He asked Mpu Gandring to make him a kris, in which should be finished within five months. Generally, to make a perfect kris, Mpu Gandring needed at least a year to finish it.

Because of Ken Angrok hesitation, Mpu Gandring finally agreed to finish it within five months.

The Curse of Mpu Gandring

Ken Angrok went home to Tumapel and met Dang Hyang Lohgawe. What took you so long in Karuman?, said Dang Hyang Lohgawe. I was stopping by to Lulumbang, Father, answered Ken Angrok.

Five months have passed, Ken Angrok remembered the deal he made with Mpu Gandring. He then went to Lulumbang to meet Mpu Gandring. Ken Angrok saw Mpu Gandring was still working with the kris that he was ordered.

Knowing that his kris was still being sharpened by Mpu Gandring, Ken Angrok became mad, grabbed the kris and suddenly stabbed Mpu Gandring. Ken Angrok put the kris on the stone basket, then the basket cracked into two pieces. He put the kris on the metal table, the table cracked into two pieces.

In dying, Mpu Gandring cast a spell on Ken Angrok, Hei Angrok! Soon, you will also die by the kris. Your son and grandson will also die by the kris. Seven kings will die by the kris. Ken Angrok felt sad after killing Mpu Gandring. If I become a king, may my glory also be the glory for all blacksmiths descendants in Lulumbang, prayed Ken Angrok in front of Mpu Gandrings dead body.

The Assassination of Tunggul Ametung

Arriving to Tumapel, Ken Angrok met with Kebo Ijo, another Tunggul Ametungs trusted servant. Ken Angrok and Kebo Ijo are a close friend. Kebo Ijo saw Ken Angrok carried an unfinished kris. He then asked Ken Angrok to lend him his new blunt kris.

Ken Angrok gave the kris to Kebo Ijo. The kris was always used by Kebo Ijo, because he loved to wear it on his waist. No one in Tumapel never saw Kebo Ijo left home without his new kris.

That night, Ken Angrok stole the kris from Kebo Ijo. By the will of the gods, Ken Angrok easily sneaked into the akuwus bedroom and managed to assassinate Tunggul Ametung. Ken Angrok stabbed Tunggul Ametung and left the akuwus dead body with the kris on his heart.

Early in the morning, the akuwus guard found his master died with the kris stabbed on his heart. They looked at the kris and knew that it was Kebo Ijos new kris. Kebo Ijo was then captured and stabbed also with the kris of Mpu Gandring by the guard. Kebo Ijo died.

The Singasari

The gods had already wished that Ken Angrok will become Ken Dedes soul mate. Infact both of them were felt in love to each other for so long. Everybody in Tumapel had no dare to talk about the affair between Ken Angrok and Ken Dedes.

Finally Ken Angrok married Ken Dedes, after the birth of Tunggul Ametungs son named Anusapati. From the marriage with Ken Angrok, Ken Dedes had given him four children. Three sons, Mahisa Wongateleng, Panji Saprang, and Agnibaya. The last child, a daughter named Dewi Rimba.

Ken Angrok was also had another wife named Ken Umang who had given him also four children. Three sons, Panji Tohjaya, Panji Sudatu, and Twan Wregola. The last child was also a daughter named Dewi Rambi.

Ken Angrok was no longer became the akuwu of Tumapel anymore since the county had rebelled to the kingdom of Daha. The people of Tumapel had risen Ken Angrok as the new King, in which the new kingdoms name of Tumapel was changed into Singasari

Ken Angrok became the first king of Singasari with the title of Sri Rajasa Batara Sang Amurwabumi. Ken Angrok finally defeated the kingdom of Daha and became the king of all the land in Java in 1144 Saka (1222 AD).

The Death of Ken Angrok

After Anusapati, Ken Angrok step-son, was grown up, he realized that he had many differences with his father. Anusapati asked to his mother, Ken Dedes, about it. Ken Dedes then explained all to Anusapati, including the death of his real father, Tunggul Ametung, by the kris of Mpu Gandring.

Anusapati asked his mother permission to give him the kris of Mpu Gandring. Ken Dedes then handed over the kris to Anusapati. In his room, Anusapati planned the assassination of the Amurwabumi with his loyal servant, a man from Batil. Anusapati gave his servant the kris of Mpu Gandring to assassinate the Amurwabumi.

In the palace, Ken Angrok, the Amurwabumi, was having a dinner when the man from Batil arrived, and stabbed him with the kris of Mpu Gandring. The man was managed to escape to see his master, Anusapati with the news of successful assassination.

The man from Batil handed the bloody kris of Mpu Gandring to Anusapati. Without any hesitation, Anusapati then killed his servant with the bloody kris.

Ken Angrok, the Sri Rajasa Batara Sang Amurwabumi died in 1168 Saka (1247 AD). The people of Singasari built a temple in Kagenengan to honour Ken Angrok.

The Ended of Mpu Gandrings Curse

The last used of the kris of Mpu Gandring was for the assassination of Anusapati by his step-brother Panji Tohjaya after becoming the second king of Singasari. Anusapati crowned as the king of Singasari in 1170 Saka (1249 AD). Anusapati died in Panji Tohjayas hand, also stabbed using the kris of Mpu Gandring in 1171 Saka (1250 AD). It was the last seen and written about the use of the kris of Mpu Gandring.

The curse of Mpu Gandring on Ken Angroks descendants ended after the assassination of Anusapati by his step-brother Panji Tohjaya. Because Panji Tohjaya died by a spear in the anarchy in Lumbangkatang in 1172 Saka (1251 AD).

So, the kris of Mpu Gandring only killed Mpu Gandring himself, Tunggul Ametung, Kebo Ijo, Ken Angrok, Anusapatis servant (a man from Batil), and Anusapati himself.

Maca

Maca, or known botanically as Lepidium meyenii Walp., is native to the Junin plateau highlands of Peru and Bolivia. The botanical name of Lepidium meyenii Walp. was named after Gerhard Walpers, who described the species in 1843.

In the 90s, Dr. Gloria Chacon described different species which was named Lepidium peruvianum Chacon. Both of L. meyenii and L. peruvianum are referred to the same plant, and the same species. There are no difference between macas ecotypes, colors and shapes. Maca varieties are identical genetically and biochemically.

Scientific Studies on Medicinal Use of Maca

Since Dr. Gloria Chacon had given the new botanic name for maca as Lepidium peruvianum Chacon, an increasing interest in maca has been observed by many scientist around the world. From 2001 to 2010, the export of maca from Peru has increased from USD 1,415,000 to USD 6,170,000.

Experimental scientific evidence had shown that maca has nutritional, energizer, and fertility enhancer properties. Maca is also useful to treat osteoporosis, protects skin against UV radiation, and has anti-stress activity. Clinical trials had shown the efficacy of maca to treat sexual dysfunctions by increasing sperm count and motility. Maca is potential as an adaptogen and a nutraceutical in the prevention of several diseases. (Gonzales GF. 2012)

Maca as Fertility Enhancer

Maca is grown as a food crop, and medicinal purposes, in the central of Andes Mountains, between 8,000 to 14,500 feet above sea level. Maca has been traditionally used by native Peruvians, since before the time of the Incas, to enhance fertility in humans and animals. Maca is also believed to be useful for alleviating menopausal symptoms, correcting hormonal imbalances, increasing libido, increasing energy, and nutrition.

In the study using adult female mice, which treated with extract of yellow maca, had confirmed for the first time, the traditional uses of maca to enhance female fertility. The treatment had also shown, the increasing of the uterine weight, in ovariectomized (surgical removal of the ovary) animals. (Ruiz-Luna AC, et al. 2005) In another study to evaluate the effect of ethanol extract of maca, on postmenopausal osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats, had shown that maca was effective in the prevention of estrogen deficient bone loss. Iron in the human body has a very important function, that is why we are advised to consume foods high in iron. Iron has the function to transport oxygen from the lungs to the tissues and transports electrons in the process of energy generation in the cell. To transport oxygen, iron must join the protein to form hemoglobin in red blood cells and myoglobin in muscle fiber. Here are the causes of gray hair in their teens:

1. Less intake of vitamin
Perhaps without realizing it, the nutrients that you consume every day is not balanced. Lack of nutrition can lead to anemia or a condition where the body lacks hemoglobin. Anemia cause the body can not absorb vitamin B to the fullest. Lack of vitamin B can cause interference with the pigment in hair.
B12 deficiency not only can trigger an abnormal growth of gray hair, but also can lead to other health problems such as dementia at a younger age or more commonly known as dementia.

Dream or Hallucination

Have you been experienced a condition where your soul leaves your body? A real dream and not Déjà vu. The Javanese paranormal called it ajian ragasukma, or the act of body and soul. Although it was really dangerous things to do, but I have done it for several times. Im not mastered on that such Javaneses paranormal expertise, due to I did it only for some purposes.

Do I have a 6th sense? Yes I do. Some people can master their 6th sense by studying, just like a magician, especially an illusionist. But you need an expert to guide you, if not, it will turn your mind to be unstable, or I may say crazy.

The 1st time I did this ajian ragasukma, was when I worked in Jakarta. My mom back home in Sidoarjo was having diarrhea for two days, and didnt get better after taking several medication. That night I talked with my mom by phone, I asked my mom to put a glass of warm water on the dining table. Shortly after, I place a glass of water in front of me. I sat on the floor and begun to meditate, closed my eyes and placed my right palm covered the glass. I imagined myself that I had already arrived at my home, and went to dining table and done exactly the same thing as I did with the glass in front of me. Cast a spell on the glass with a pray for God to give healing for my moms illness.

Minutes later when I woke from my meditation, I felt that my body had already covered in sweat. Then I took my phone and told my mom to start drinking the water. In the next morning I called my mom by phone to ask what was she felt. She told me that it was getting better. I was not actually believed it for the 1st time, that what Id done was really healed my mom. Perhaps its Gods will that healed my mom.

But what was happened with my 2nd experienced opened my eyes. I visited my cousin who just had a motorcycle accident, in his bedroom, in Magelang, Central Java, while I was actually in Sidoarjo, East Java. My cousin told me that he saw my arrival in his room, in the night after he got that accident, by phone couple days later. I was doing the visit in my bed just before I went to sleep.

Was it just my dream, or hallucination?

But then again back in 2004, when I was still in dating with my wife, we both were promised to meet again in dream after we have a dinner that night. What happened then was just really surprised me. The next day we both met, we were telling the same dream that we both had last night. What have I done? Before went to bed, Im only pray to God, that if the Lord permits us, we will meet each other in our dreams.

So, what exactly a dream is?

Dreams, a series of images, thoughts, or emotionsoccuring in the mind during sleep, or daydreaming. In many primitive societies the dream state is considered a sojourn of the soul outside the body during sleep.

I never get used to remember the dream I had, after I woke up from my sleep, due to Im a forgetful person. I had broke my own motto above, cause I can plan my own dream. A dream, in which me and my former girlfriend (my wife) had already planned before. Be careful with your dream! Cause it might be come true. Never stop dreaming! Cause nothing is impossible, if its the will of God.

I do not consider myself a fan of the Zelda video game series. I once played The Legend of Zelda on my Nintendo console, back in 1994. But, Zelda series has been the best game in the world for the past two decades. The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Historia, the book which is written by Shigeru Miyamoto, Eiji Aonuma, and Akira Himekawa, has become the #1 Amazon best sellers books.

The book is translated in English and edited by Patrick Thorpe. It has 280 pages and its 1st edition is published by Dark Horse on January 29, 2013. The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Historia, which had been waiting its English version from the original Japanese book published by Shogakukan in 2011, had already received many compliments from Zelda fans around the world.

The Most Valuable Treasure

If God gives you a chance to ask for anything, what would you ask? Prosperity? Longevity? Health? A happy family? The following story has inspired me and I would like to share here in my blog post.

There is a boy who is not capable of following his study at school, and he always needs more guidance from his teachers and parents to understand about his study at school. His parents understand the shortcomings of their son, and always give him support, so that he will be able to see among his other advantages.

Although he is not capable of academically, he is a good boy, have lots of friends. The boy is an active person, who is so kindly on helping others. He always greeted everyone, and try to be friendly to everyone he met, by always providing a gentle smile.

After graduating from high school, that boy died in a motorcycle accident. His mother wrote a letter that was published in a newspaper:

" Today we buried our son who just turned to 20 years old. He died in a motorcycle accident last Friday. If I knew that yesterday was the last day I met him, I will tell him how much I loved him, and how I was proud of him. I would say, what a gentle smile he had, and how cheerful laughter.

After counting all his weaknesses, I found that his disadvantages can not be compared with all the goods that he has. I have lost a good time to say that I really love him, but I believe that there are many parents who still have a chance for it. Say to your children what you want them to listen, while you have the opportunity for it!

I still remembered in the Friday morning, before his death. Before he went out, he called me. What did he say? Mom, I just called to say how much I love you. Bye Mommy!! My son has gone, but his words are still heard clearly. He has left me a treasure. He never forgot to express his love to me. This is what will always treasure my memories, and I will express that love in the form of attention to others. "

I Named My Son in Honour of St Michael

My son Michael was born a month earlier than it was expected. My wife didnt notice that she have been pregnant for four month age until doctor examined. All pregnancy test-pack was negative for the last three month. Valentine was supposed became the name behind Michaels name, due to the birth date prediction was on February 14.

But on Saturday night, January 19, 2008, I was accompanied my wife to doctor. The doctor said that my wife will beared her child in about 2 until 3 days from that day. Thats a shocked news.

One thing makes me shocked, is that if Michael was born on Monday, it means his Javanese day of birth (weton) is Senin Pon, just like his mother. Because if Michael was born on Sunday starting at 6.00 pm (sunset) until Mondays sunset, means his weton is still Senin Pon.

In the Javanese culture, if weton of a child is the same with their parents, then the child must perform a ritual. The ritual is to get rid of the child, which then will be discovered and owned by their parentss relative. Their parents had to buy back their child from their relative. How much money to buy back the child is only symbolically.

Why should there be a ritual like this?

There were such cases around me that were illogical. If weton of a child and a mother alike. Then the mother and child must have the same character and habits. In their future life, they would like two repelling, same magnetic poles. Which will result in a natural process, whos strong, he/she will live longer.

First of all, it was based on my favourite football player Michael Owen, NBA legend Michael Jordan, and my ace idol Michael Chang. But their first name was not the basic reason. Im a Roman Catholic in religion, so my son must have his first name after a Saints name. I choose St. Michaels name, which also it was my elementary schools name.

Long before the USG reports that predict my second child will be a boy, I also prepare the name Michele for a girl. I wanted my second child to be my guardian angel for the family. Surely, he will become my guardian angel, due to his sister was name Marianne, derived from St. Mary and her mother St. Anna combined together. Dr Stefanie Williams, a London dermatologist, explains: “How much vitamin D your skin produces depends on many factors, including its colour —pale skins synthesise vitamin D faster but also burn more easily. There is unfortunately no established level of sun exposure guaranteed to produce enough vitamin D without harming your skin.”

She advises a vitamin D supplement of 1000IU (0.025mg) daily for most people (official advice is for supplements to be taken only by those at risk of deficiency).

Dr Howard Murad, Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California Los Angeles, agrees that taking a supplement is better than relying on the sun. “Sunlight is not a surefire way to receive the right’ amount of Vitamin D,” he says.


 Cancer Research UK recommends using a product with an SPF of at least 15 to protect against the UVB rays that cause sunburn. However, the SPF does not indicate whether a product protects against the UVA rays that cause skin ageing and are implicated in skin cancer. The best UVA protection is given by products that contain filters such as zinc oxide or titanium oxide, says Dr Williams.

“To get a good indication about a product’s UVA, you may want to check the manufacturer’s website. A good product would provide an SPF of 30-50 and a PPD (persistent pigment darkening) factor of at least 15.”

Some products contain added ingredients such as antioxidants, which are said to repair skin damage or prevent blemishes. Do they do any good?

“Antioxidants such as vitamin C or E can help to protect your skin,” says Dr Williams, “but they should never be a substitute for UV filters and behaving sensibly in the sun.”

Says Dr Murad: Good sunscreens should always include hydrators, anti-inflammatory agents and antioxidants.”

No sunscreen, no matter how high its SPF, can provide 100 per cent protection, warns Jennifer Richards, a nurse skin specialist at The Mole Clinic in London. “It is crucial that you apply sunscreen generously and regularly. For an average person, this means about two teaspoonfuls for the head, arms and neck, and about two tablespoonfuls if you’re covering all areas left exposed by a swimming costume.”
